Peter Jordan
Throughout his corporate career, Peter Jordan has contributed to several large public corporations as well as several startups. As a Founder and Corporate Executive Team leader for several key Data Center and Cloud technology development companies, Peter has built Enterprise sales and business development teams that supported both direct and indirect sales models. Several of these companies exited with successful acquisitions by either Public Corporations or Private Equity firms.
In 2001, Mr. Jordan joined HighBAR Ventures as an Operating Executive. For 14 years his primary role was to perform due diligence, consult and advise with HighBAR’s startup portfolio companies focusing specifically on networking, storage, cloud services and SaaS applications. In addition, Mr. Jordan assisted in a raising startup funding rounds from Corporate Venture Groups and Venture Capital Firms. By reviewing these startups business operations, Peter helped them to find product-to-market adoption with unfair advantages, create winning partner ecosystems and a build a repeatable sales model, which lead to significant growth in revenue, profits and valuations for each company.
Mr. Jordan graduated from the University of Vermont with a BA in Geography, played NCAA Ice Hockey and participated in US Olympic Sailing and Americas Cup development programs. Peter is also a long standing naturalist that skis, skates, swims and sails.
Gregory Gorman
Gregory Gorman has over 30+ years’ professional experience with Fortune 1000 global companies and international startups. Gregory began his career working in customer relations and business development with HP and Bell Atlantic (Verizon) followed by 5 years in government relations at the Computer & Communications Industry Association (CCIA) the leading trade association representing the software and telecommunications industry.
In 1999, he arrived in Silicon Valley and set up a global consulting practice to work with mobile Startups seeking to benefit from the explosive growth of wireless technologies and services. In the past several years, he expanded his practice to include SportsTech startups looking to benefit from the introduction of 4G/5G services. In his 20+ years in Silicon Valley, Gregory has worked in an executive management role with such notable companies as AVG Technologies, AdForce, Chomp, InterDigital, Solid Data Systems, SoonR, 3D Digital Venue, Nokia, Telefonica and Yahoo! Mobile. Gregory’s responsibilities have included fundraising, business development, strategic planning and international business expansion.
Gregory is a Graduate of Catholic University School of Law. He is multi-cultural having lived in ½ dozen countries, he is fluent in French, German, Spanish. He is an avid environmentalist and enjoys hiking, skiing and snorkeling.
